Trade Show and Exhibit Shipping in North Carolina

Charlotte is within a day's reach of Richmond for many shipments, which helps exhibits starting in Virginia or the Mid-Atlantic. Freight from elsewhere moves on our nationwide network, and we confirm the timeline at the quote stage.

North Carolina is also home to the High Point and Hickory furniture markets. If you have showroom pieces to deliver as well as an exhibit, ask us about a second stop.

Use direct-to-show for nearby exhibits with a firm window, and the advance warehouse for longer trips.

Send the show name, venue, move-in and move-out dates, pickup ZIP code and a list of what is shipping, and we will recommend the delivery option and timing. We are an independent carrier and are not the official contractor for any venue or show.
