Copier and Office Equipment Delivery

Dealers need a delivery partner that shows up on the date promised and represents them well in front of their customers. We deliver new and refurbished units from your warehouse to your customers' offices, place them, and bring the old units back to you. Your technician comes in afterward, or at the same time, to set up the machine.

Offices moving, upgrading or adding equipment can book us directly. We deliver copiers, printers, shredders and other office equipment and place them where your team wants them.

Not every office has a loading dock and a freight elevator. Our two-person crews use the right equipment to carry copiers up and down stairs, use elevators where the building requires it, and move units through narrow hallways and tight corners.

Before the move, the crew checks the route for stairs, turns and doorways so the unit goes in without scrapes or dents. Crews lay floor protection and pad door frames along the route, so carpet, tile and walls stay as they were.

When an office moves or upgrades its equipment, copiers are often the hardest items on the list. They are heavy, they have trays and finishers that can break off, and they rarely fit easily in an elevator with other freight. We can move copiers and other office equipment as part of an office move, take older units out while new ones come in, and hold equipment in storage in Richmond, VA, or at our location in Edison, NJ, if the new space is not ready. The crew unpacks the new unit, places it in its spot and removes the packaging. On a replacement, the old unit goes out on the same visit and back to the dealer, into storage or out for disposal, as instructed.

Network setup, connection and configuration are done by the dealer's technician, not by us. We time the delivery so the unit is in place and unpacked when the technician arrives.
