Delivery with Installation and Setup
Most big items are not finished when they come off the truck. They have to be unpacked, put together, moved into position and cleaned up after. Professional Moving Solutions sends one crew to deliver, place, assemble and set up equipment and furniture, so your customer is not left with a box in the doorway.
One crew from the truck to the finished setup
Splitting delivery and setup between different companies means more appointments, more waiting and more chances for something to go wrong. Our two-person crews carry the item in, unpack it, assemble it, position it where the customer wants it and take the packaging away when they leave. It is the same white glove delivery we run every day, with the setup included.
What our crews do on site
On every delivery with setup, the crew works through the same steps:
- Unpack the item and check it over before assembly
- Assemble furniture and equipment
- Move the item into the room and the exact spot the customer chooses
- Level the item so it sits steady on the floor
- Remove packaging, cartons and debris
Floors, stairs and door frames are protected while the crew works.
Timing with the customer's technician
Some items need more than assembly. Appliances, fitness equipment, medical equipment and office equipment may need electrical, plumbing or network hookups. We do not do that work. Instead, we coordinate our delivery with the customer's own technician or installer, so the item is unpacked, assembled and in position when they arrive, or we work around the time they set. The customer gets one smooth visit instead of a delivery that sits waiting for someone else.
Equipment and furniture we set up
We deliver and set up furniture, office furniture, fitness equipment, appliances, medical equipment, electronics and other big and bulky items. Items can arrive blanket wrapped, crated or palletized. Whatever the packaging, the crew takes it away once the item is in place.
Packaging and protection
Furniture usually travels blanket wrapped, which means less packaging to deal with at the door. Heavier or more fragile equipment may come crated or palletized. Either way, the crew does the unpacking on site, checks the item before assembly and takes every crate, pallet and carton away. Floors, stairs and door frames are covered before anything is carried in, and the space is left clean when the crew leaves. If an item has to wait before delivery, we can store it in Richmond, VA, or at our location in Edison, NJ.

Why one visit matters
Customers judge the whole purchase by the delivery. When the item arrives, goes together and ends up where they want it in a single visit, the purchase feels finished. Crews are overseen by on-site supervisors and audited daily, so the standard holds from one home or office to the next.
