Where smart lockers go
Smart and parcel lockers are installed in apartment lobbies, office buildings, campuses, retail stores, transit hubs and healthcare sites. Each of those has different access, different floors and different rules about when work can be done.
Delivery to the site
Locker systems usually arrive on pallets, with many modules and a lot of hardware. We pick up from the manufacturer, a dealer or a warehouse, hold the freight in storage if the site is not ready, and deliver on the date and in the window the building allows. Placement, assembly and anchoring
Our crews carry the modules inside, set them in the layout you provide and assemble them according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Lockers are normally anchored to the floor or wall, and we do that anchoring where the instructions and the building allow. Send the layout drawing and the manufacturer’s installation guide so the crew knows the clearances and the order of assembly.
If the site has finished floors or a lobby that is in use, the crew protects the route and the floor and cleans up as they go.
Electrical, network and software stay with your vendor
We do not run power, make network connections, configure software or commission the lockers. That work belongs to your electrician or the locker vendor. We plan the installation schedule around theirs, so the units are assembled and anchored when the vendor arrives.
Removal of old units
When you are replacing lockers, we can haul away the old modules after your electrician has made them safe, and take them to a warehouse, a recycler or back to the manufacturer. Tell us how many modules, how they are attached and where they are going when you request the quote.
