Cash machines carry much of their weight high up and in a small footprint, which makes them easy to tip and hard to steer through tight spaces. Our crews plan the route from the truck to the final spot before they move the machine, use the right equipment for the weight, and keep the machine upright and secure the whole way.

Bank lobbies, stores and offices often have finished floors, glass doors and tight corners. Crews lay protection on floors and pad door frames and walls along the route, so the only sign the machine was moved is the machine itself.

We carry the machine inside and set it in the spot your plan shows, whether that is a lobby, a vestibule, a wall opening or a store floor. If the plan calls for a specific orientation or clearance around the machine, tell us and the crew will set it that way for the installer. Packaging and debris leave with the crew.

Before the crew arrives, we gather what matters for a heavy machine: the weight and dimensions of the unit, the route from the curb or dock to the final spot, any steps, ramps or elevators, and the door widths along the way. We also confirm the installer's date and whether an old machine is coming out. That planning lets the crew bring the right equipment and the right protection the first time. If the site is not ready, machines can wait in storage in Richmond, VA, or at our location in Edison, NJ, until your installer is ready.

On a replacement, the crew can take the old machine out on the same visit. It goes back to you, into storage or wherever you instruct. The old machine must be emptied before the crew arrives.

Anchoring, power, network connection and commissioning are done by your installer or technician, not by us. We schedule our delivery around their visit, so the machine is placed and ready for them to start, or we meet them on site at the time they set. That keeps the installer's time focused on the work only they can do.

We move empty machines only. We do not handle, transport or store cash, and we do not open or service machines.
