Professional Moving Solutions

Telecom and Network Equipment Delivery

Telecom equipment is heavy, valuable and often needed on a fixed date. Racks, cabinets, power systems and network gear move to cell sites, data rooms, central offices and customer locations, and much of it ends up in places with strict access rules. Professional Moving Solutions delivers telecom equipment to those sites, places it where the technician needs it, supports rollouts across many locations and picks up returns. We do not configure or commission the gear.

What telecom equipment we deliver

  • Equipment racks and enclosures
  • Outdoor and indoor cabinets
  • Battery and power equipment
  • Network switches, routers and servers in their original packaging
  • Patch panels, cable and accessories
  • Test equipment and tooling

Delivery to data rooms, central offices and sites

Telecom facilities often limit who can enter and when. Central offices and data rooms have escort rules, advance paperwork and dock schedules, while cell and equipment sites can be far from a road. We ask for the access requirements before delivery is scheduled, and plan the crew, the truck and the equipment around them.

Racks and cabinets are heavy for their size, so crews use the right lift equipment and protect floors and doorways. Equipment goes to the room or the pad you identify, and the crew removes the packaging and pallets.

Rollouts across many locations

Carriers, integrators and managed service providers often deploy equipment to dozens of locations over a few weeks. Our warehousing and rollouts service receives all the freight in one place, checks it against the order, and sends crews to each site on your schedule. A single provider handles the freight, the storage and the crews, so you have one contact for the whole program.

Staging and storage before delivery

Equipment rarely arrives in the same week the site is ready. We can hold freight in commercial storage and release it when the site is prepared, in the quantity and order you specify. Storage runs from a single pallet to many pallets, and the crew that delivers is working from the same paperwork as the team that received the freight.

Returns, swaps and decommissioned gear

Telecom projects generate returns: wrong-model equipment, surplus from a finished rollout, and old gear taken out of service. We pick up the equipment from the site, return it to a warehouse, the manufacturer or a recycler, and keep the pickup paperwork. Our reverse logistics service handles the whole flow.

Configuration, mounting and commissioning stay with your technician

We do not mount equipment in racks, run cable, configure networks or commission service. Those steps stay with your technician or integrator. We deliver and place the equipment and leave it unpacked and ready, and we time the delivery around the technician’s schedule.
