Every delivery is booked at one of five service levels: Curbside, Threshold, Room of Choice, White Glove and Custom Program. Around those, we offer:

• Last mile delivery: The last leg from a warehouse, store or port to a home or business, at the service level each item needs.
• White glove delivery: Room of choice placement plus unpacking, assembly, inspection with the customer and removal of all packaging.
• Delivery with installation: Installation available for appliances and other large pieces as part of the delivery.
• Storage and warehousing: Commercial storage in Richmond, VA from one pallet up to 100 pallets, short or long term, plus our Edison, NJ location.
• Port pickup and inbound and outbound logistics: Container and loose freight pickup from the port, unloading, cross-docking, storage and delivery.
• Reverse logistics: Returns of large items picked up from customers and brought back in.
