Exhibit freight for Florida shows
Humidity and storms are the two things to plan for in Florida. Moisture weakens cartons and paper collateral, and summer weather can slow a trailer. We wrap and palletize freight to keep it dry, and we tell you early if weather puts a window at risk.
Florida events can also be a long trip from the Northeast and Midwest. We build the transit time into the schedule so your freight arrives inside the cut-off or window in your exhibitor manual.
Planning a Florida show shipment
Ship earlier than usual during hurricane season, and keep the return date flexible if a storm is forecast.
Send the show name, venue, move-in and move-out dates, pickup ZIP code and a list of what is shipping, and we will recommend the delivery option and timing. We are an independent carrier and are not the official contractor for any venue or show.
