IT Equipment and Server Delivery

We deliver servers, server racks and cabinets, network and telecom equipment, storage units and other technology equipment for offices, data rooms and equipment rooms. Each item is handled as the sensitive equipment it is, from the moment it leaves the truck to the moment it is set in place.

Many offices and data rooms have rules for deliveries: loading dock reservations, freight elevator bookings, security sign-in and escorts in restricted areas. Tell us those rules when you book and we plan the delivery around them. Our crews arrive ready to follow building procedures, and because every driver and helper is background checked and drug screened, you know who is walking into your equipment room.

Equipment can travel crated, palletized or blanket wrapped, depending on how it ships and how fragile it is. Crews handle each piece with care and keep it upright and secure from pickup to placement.

Equipment rooms are often at the end of long hallways, behind secure doors, in basements or on upper floors. Our two-person crews carry equipment through the building, use elevators and stairs as needed, protect floors and doorways, and place each item where your IT team wants it.

Once the equipment is in place, the crew unpacks it and takes away the crates, pallets, cartons and packing material, so the room is clear for your team to start work.

Cabling, configuration and network setup are done by your IT team or your technician, not by us. We schedule the delivery for when they are ready, so the equipment is in position and unpacked when they arrive. If your building has delivery windows, security check-in or elevator reservations, we plan around them.

We do not run cabling, configure equipment or destroy data. Those stay with your IT team and their vendors.

New rooms and office moves do not always finish on time. If the room is not ready, we can hold equipment in Richmond, VA, from one pallet up to 100 pallets, or at our location in Edison, NJ, and deliver when your team calls for it. On-site supervisors and daily crew audits keep the handling consistent.
