White glove delivery service
White glove delivery is our most complete service level, and some brands call it white glove shipping. A two-person crew brings the item inside, places it in the room your customer chooses, unpacks it, assembles it, inspects it, and takes the packaging away. Your customer does not lift, build or clean up anything.

White glove delivery services for furniture, appliances and more
Our white glove delivery services cover furniture, mattresses, major appliances, electronics and TVs, fitness equipment, office furniture, medical equipment, fine art, antiques, and lighting and fixtures.
When white glove is the right choice
White glove makes sense when an item is heavy, fragile, expensive, or arrives in pieces. Sectionals, bed frames, dining sets, treadmills, large TVs, appliances, artwork and antiques are all easier to sell when the buyer knows someone else will carry, build and place them. It also protects you: a product that is assembled correctly and inspected in the home is less likely to come back.
Care for high-value and irreplaceable pieces
Fine art, antiques and designer furniture get handled as the irreplaceable pieces they are. Crews use blankets and runners to protect the item and the home, and custom crating is available through our Custom Program for pieces that need it.
Trained, screened crews
Every driver and helper is background checked and drug screened. Crews wear clean uniforms, are trained on the products they deliver, and work under on-site supervisors with daily crew audits.
Frequently asked questions
What is white glove delivery?
White glove delivery is a premium delivery service where a two-person crew carries the item into the home, places it in the room of choice, unpacks and assembles it, inspects it, and removes all packaging.
How is white glove different from room of choice delivery?
Room of Choice ends once the item is placed in the room. White Glove adds unpacking, assembly, inspection and removal of packaging and debris.
Do you install appliances?
Appliance installation is available as part of White Glove service. Tell us what you ship when you request a quote and we will confirm what is included.
Do you protect floors and walls?
Yes. Crews use blankets and runners to protect floors, stairs and door frames.
Is white glove delivery worth it?
It is worth it when an item is heavy, fragile, expensive or needs assembly. The item arrives assembled, inspected and in place, and the customer does not lift or clean up anything. For a small, sturdy item, Curbside or Threshold delivery is usually enough.
How much does white glove delivery cost?
Cost depends on the size and weight of the item, the pickup and delivery ZIP codes, and what the crew needs to do on site. Send the quote form with those details for a no-obligation estimate.
What is the difference between threshold and white glove delivery?
Threshold delivery ends just inside the entrance. White glove delivery adds room placement, unpacking, assembly, inspection and removal of packaging and debris.
