Much of Philadelphia is row houses with narrow doors and steep stairs, from South Philadelphia to Fishtown and Manayunk. We ask for photos of the entrance and the stairs, and the crew brings runners, blankets and the equipment to match. In Center City and University City, high-rise buildings usually need a reserved freight elevator and a delivery window.

Street parking and one-way blocks affect how a truck can stop, and we plan for that before delivery day. If a permit or a loading zone is needed, tell us and we will work it into the schedule.

Philadelphia is a service area, not a branch office, so each delivery is scheduled in advance with a confirmed window.
